Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

• Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Return Process: Contact us at support@bandshirtsaustralia.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions and possibly a return shipping label.

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or variant, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Non-returnable Items: Some items are final sale (e.g. clearance, custom merch, or heavily discounted products) and cannot be returned.
